The services that I craft are rooted in Shakta Tantra Yoga, the focal philosophical school of my unique 4 Sacred Sensual Path teaching platform. I support my teachings, in customized sessions, by fusing them with a multitude of modalities. (shiatsu, reflexology, reiki, body temple annointing, yogic instruction...) Though my teachings are from many cultures, my approach incorporates five tantric principles that ground the practice:
1) be totally present and focus on elevating to a higher state of consciousness
2) practice being loving and heart-centered
3) let your ego disolve as you push away non-productive thoughts
4) allow yourself to fully merge with the Divine within and around you
5)be recptive, keep your mind open and be willing to try new things

My sanctuary services are unique in that I offer pink tantra sessions of both light and shadow orientation. Light work can focus on the traditional western yab yum/ body work, or take on a more traditional asian feel with shri puja or goddess worship. I believe in the idea that it's not so much what you do, but how you do it. In
that spirit, I present shadow work through my "Bound 4 Bliss" series. Shadow work explores the sacred nature of alternative impulses- from the simple act of worshiping living goddess to more extensive rituals such as bound meditation.
I offer in-sanctuary sessions to those in the Washington DC, Southrn Maryland, Northern Virginia area. And e-shram sessions via skype or google talk. I accept cash in person and paypal before in person sessions or e-shram sessions. Please scchedule 24 hrs or more in advance, and be prepared as follows:
-For in-sanctuary services that combine body/ energy work, yoga and tantric-centered practice into unique sparitual, prepare to be in sanctuary a minimum of 90 minutes.
-For e-shram services that combine yoga and tantric-centered instruction for distance learning/ healing, prepare to meet for a minimum of 45 minutes.
